During late 2017, Jonathan commissioned, edited and published this white-paper on local government procurement written by former local council CPO and local government procurement consultant Silke Therhaag.
This piece set the context for procurement's growing importance in helping local councils meet their lengthening list of challenges and, particularly, examines VIC councils as a CASE STUDY of how procurement could contribute more to local government ... It was the central content in the Open Windows Software marketing programme to the local government sector in Spring 2017.
This paper is published on the Open Windows Software website and was mailed to all 579 local council procurement managers in the country as a core part of a wider marketing campaign that ran throughout October-December 2017.
