Jonathan Dutton has been the ‘secret sauce’ of ACCSR’s success over the last three years.

As non-executive director, he has systematically reviewed and improved every aspect of our sales and marketing, financial management, team performance management and team skills building approach.

Jonathan Dutton specialises mostly in business transformation and growth through strategic sales, marketing, strategic communications & business development work based upon expert knowledge, experience & insight into professional procurement.

 

JD provides services in consulting, interim management and public speaking including MC work, group facilitation and developing specialist training courses for procurement & sales professionals working on both sides of the negotiating table.

During the last three years alone, Jonathan has also worked on an interim basis as an Interim CEO, Interim Managing Director, interim Sales & Marketing Director, Interim CMO ... but not yet an Interim CPO, strangely!

He has also worked as a non-executive director for several organisations, both on boards and advisory groups as well as in an advisory capacity.   • Initiated and developed MANAGING THE BUYER programme for sales professionals dealing with procurement managers

  • Facilitated Round-Tables, Offsites and Strategy Meetings for a wide range of clients in different industries

  • Presented live to audiences of up to 1600 people, interviewed on live radio and TV [in the UK pre-2005]

  JD worked part-time for BidWrite as a marketing consultant and Interim CMO throughout much of 2014.

  Marketing was a part of our business that we knew needed attention – but we couldn’t pin point underlying        issues or what needed to be fixed. 

 

  JD highlighted contradictions in our thinking, asked us difficult questions and challenged our traditional views.
